1. Booking and Rental:

1.1. Availability: All bookings are subject to studio availability. We strive to maintain accurate and up-
to-date availability information on our website. However, availability may change, and we reserve
the right to modify or cancel bookings if necessary.

1.2. Reservation Confirmation: A booking is considered confirmed once you receive a confirmation
email or notification from us. It is your responsibility to ensure that all booking details, including
date, time, and studio selection, are correct.

1.3. Rental Period: The rental period begins and ends at the designated times stated in the booking
confirmation. Please arrive and vacate the studio promptly within the specified rental period to allow
for smooth transitions between bookings.

1.4. Cancellation and Changes: If you need to cancel or modify your booking, please notify us as soon
as possible. Cancellation and modification policies, including any applicable fees or refund conditions,
will be outlined during the booking process and may vary depending on the circumstances.

2. Studio Usage:

2.1. Purpose of Use: The rented studios are to be used solely for dance, yoga related activities,
rehearsals, or workshops as specified in the booking. Any other activities must be approved by us in
advance.

2.2. Occupancy Limits: The maximum number of individuals allowed in a studio is determined by its
capacity, which will be communicated to you during the booking process. Please ensure that the
number of participants does not exceed the stated limit for safety and compliance with local
regulations.

2.3. Studio Care and Responsibility: You are responsible for treating the rented studio with care and
respect. Any damages caused by negligence, misuse, or failure to adhere to our guidelines may result
in additional charges for repair or replacement.

2.4. Safety and Liability: While we strive to maintain safe studio environments, you assume full
responsibility for the safety and well-being of yourself and any participants during the rental period.
We recommend obtaining appropriate insurance coverage for your activities if necessary.

3. Payments and Fees:

3.1. Pricing: Rental rates, additional fees (if applicable), and payment details will be clearly
communicated during the booking process. All prices are subject to change without prior notice.

3.2. Payment Methods: We accept payment through our designated online payment gateway. 

The Invoice with payment options will be send via email within 2 business days.

Payments must be made in full and in the specified currency at the time of booking unless alternative
arrangements have been approved by us.

3.3. Taxes: Any applicable taxes or surcharges imposed by local authorities will be added to the total
amount and displayed during the booking process.

4. General:

4.1. Privacy: We respect your privacy and handle your personal information in accordance with our
privacy policy. By using our service, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of your
information as described therein.

4.2. Modification and Termination: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate our dance
studio rental service, website, or any part thereof, at any time without prior notice.

4.3. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance
with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall
be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the Hague.

4.4. Community Participation: Any member, studio user/booker is requested to participate in at least two community events per year. Those that choose not to participate/engage in events shared by RevamB will not be eligible for discounted studio rates.
