About the role

As a Sales support (Retail & Events), you will represent our brand during local and international events. Your main responsibility is to support sales activities, provide excellent customer service, and ensure a smooth and professional presence at the event locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the sales team during events, including setup and breakdown of sales stands.

  • Engage with event visitors, provide product information, and offer personal sales advice.

  • Process transactions and manage point-of-sale systems when required.

  • Assist in logistics and inventory management before, during, and after the event.

  • Represent the brand professionally and help create a positive and welcoming environment.

  • Travel to event locations in the Netherlands and potentially abroad, depending on the event schedule.

Requirements:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for sales and events.

  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel for multi-day events.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Practical information?

Freelance or part-time, based on event schedule. Compensation to be discussed per event.
